GWM 2025 Foosball Tournament Adults (16+)

Ready for a little friendly competition? Players aged 16+ can put their foosball skills to the test at the Foosball Tournament at Hofbräuhaus Melbourne.

Players register individually and nominate their level of experience. On the day, teams of two will be created by randomly pairing a less experienced player with a more experienced player, making the tournament accessible and fun for a broad range of players.

Played on two professional Leonhart ITSF-certified foosball tables, teams will go head-to-head in fast-paced 7-minute matches. Players can switch positions whenever the ball is inactive and battle their way through the group stage and elimination rounds for a place on the podium.

The tournament is free to enter. Register individually, with a maximum of 32 players available. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

How it works:

• Open to players aged 16+

• Players register individually

• During registration, players nominate their level of experience

• Teams of two will be created on the day, pairing players of different skill levels

• Players can rotate positions whenever the ball is inactive

• Each match runs for a maximum of 7 minutes

• The first team to score 5 goals wins, or the team in the lead when time is up

• If the score is level after 7 minutes, the match is a draw

• The tournament format will depend on the number of registered players

• Matches will follow the short version of the International Table Soccer Federation (ITSF) rules

• Volunteer referees will officiate the matches

• Each team will play a minimum of three matches

• Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be presented at 6:10pm

• The tournament is capped at 32 players

Warm-up & free play: from 2:00pm

Tournament: 3:00pm–6:00pm

Award ceremony: 6:10pm
